In a major boost for India’s growing fintech ecosystem, AI-driven personal finance startup SaveSage has raised $1 million in a pre-seed funding round. The round was led by Bhavesh Gupta and saw participation from investors including N. R. Narayanan, Lalit Wadhwa, DSP Family Office, Venture Catalysts, and Suvrat Sehgal.
Launched in October 2024, SaveSage has already captured the attention of 200,000 users in under a year, boasting an impressive annual revenue run rate of $1.1 million as of September 2025. The startup promises to redefine the way Indians manage their credit cards and travel loyalty rewards, using AI to offer highly personalized insights and savings strategies.
The mobile app provides users with tools for credit card management, reward optimisation, and bill payments, all powered by real-time AI-driven recommendations. Users can track their rewards, maximise value from their spending, and even streamline payments—all from a single platform. According to the startup, it currently manages more than one million credit cards and 400,000 loyalty programme accounts, with over 100,000 users actively paying their bills through the platform.
Founder and CEO Ashish Lath explained that the platform aims to tackle a massive problem in India: every year, billions of rupees worth of credit card and loyalty rewards go unused. SaveSage’s mission is to make reward optimisation a daily habit, empowering users to extract maximum value from every rupee spent.
Bhavesh Gupta, the anchor investor for the round, added that SaveSage is well-positioned to lead the rewards optimisation revolution in India, a market that mirrors global trends where personalised finance tools are becoming essential for consumers.
With this fresh injection of capital, SaveSage plans to further enhance its AI engine, introduce more personalised financial tools, and accelerate user acquisition across India’s rapidly expanding digital credit ecosystem.
Experts say that SaveSage represents the next wave of fintech innovation, combining AI intelligence with practical financial management tools, potentially saving millions of Indians significant amounts of money annually. With its technology-driven approach, SaveSage could emerge as a game-changer in how individuals manage credit and loyalty rewards, making it one of the most exciting fintech startups to watch in 2025.
