Gurugram Fintech Startup SalarySe Just Raised $11.3 Million — Here’s Why It Could Revolutionize Salaried Employees’ Finances!

A Gurugram-based fintech startup is making waves in India’s financial landscape. SalarySe, a platform that powers financial services directly linked to salaries, has just raised $11.3 million (around Rs 94 crore) in a Series A funding round, led by Flourish Ventures and backed by investors including Susquehanna Asia VC, Peak XV Partners’ Surge, and Pravega Ventures.

Why This Matters

Founded in 2023 by Piyush Bagaria, Saumeet Nanda, and Mohit Gorisariya, SalarySe is on a mission to reimagine salary-powered financial solutions for India’s workforce. The startup partners with top banks like HDFC Bank and RBL Bank to offer services such as Credit-on-UPI, salary advances, and embedded payment and credit management tools.

By integrating directly with HR SaaS providers and large enterprises, SalarySe ensures employees can access transparent, easy-to-use financial products tailored to their salaries, without jumping through traditional banking hoops.

Scaling Up for the Future

With this fresh funding, the startup plans to expand its technology infrastructure, scale operations, and extend its suite of salary-linked financial products. The company has now raised a total of $16.6 million, signaling strong investor confidence in its model and the potential for mass adoption across India’s salaried workforce.

SalarySe is tapping into a growing need in India: salaried employees often face limited access to curated financial solutions that are convenient, fast, and tailored to their paycheck cycles. The startup’s approach could empower millions to take control of their finances like never before.

This is more than just fintech—it’s a revolution in how salaried workers manage credit, payments, and salary-linked benefits, potentially changing the financial habits of India’s workforce for years to come.
